In this role you'll own a portfolio of commercial accounts and will be the key voice guiding customers toward resolution. Every call matters. Every conversation moves something forward. What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past-due balances
• Take inbound calls and provide professional, accurate account information
• Work within defined client guidelines to negotiate payment plans
• Document call results and keep account information up to date
• Identify disputes quickly and route for next steps
• Maintain confidentiality, compliance and professional conduct at all times

What helps someone succeed here

• Prior collections experience is required
• 2+ years in a customer service, clerical or office support role
• Confident phone presence and strong verbal communication skills
• Able to type ~35 wpm
• Comfortable with change, feedback, and a fast pace
• Bilingual skills are a plus (any language)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a bonus
